Using Employability/Soft Skills to Create Pathways
Workers in the 21st Century must be prepared for changes that could completely transform their careers at any time.

The "Using Employability/Soft Skills to Create Pathways" program was developed under the framework of the California Community College system and implemented at College of the Desert through Strong Workforce funds administered through the Inland Empire/Desert Regional Consortium (IEDRC).
